Parramatta FC were relegated and replaced by NPL 2 champions Marconi Stallions

Marconi Stallions were promoted to NPL1 and replaced by Parramatta FC
Bankstown City were relegated to NPL3 and replaced by Rydalmere Lions

Queensland NPL
League increased to fourteen teams with Lions FC and Magpies Crusaders joining
FNQ Heat become Cairns FC and Northern Fury became North Queensland United
Gold Coast City were replaced by Gold Coast United
Football Queensland Premier League
This is a new league for 2018 which will have promotion for the top two teams to the NPL
The clubs are mostly from the old Brisbane Premier League with the addition of Sunshine Coast Wanderers and Wide Bay Buccaneers
Victoria NPL 1
St Albans Saints and North Geelong Warriors were relegated to NPL 2
Dandenong Thunder and Northcote City won promotion from NPL2
Victoria NPL 2
The two conference winners, Dandenong Thunder and Northcote City, were promoted to NPL 1
The
two bottom sides of each conference, Richmond and Bendigo City, were
relegated to the State League and replaced by the two regional State
League One winners Altona Magic and Langwarrin
Western Australia NPL
Mandurah City were relegated to Division One and replaced by Division One champions Forrestfield United
South Australia NPL
Adelaide Blue Eagles and Cumberland United were relegated and replaced by
State League One champions South Adelaide and playoff winners Sturt Lions.
